Founded in 2011 by Karin Santiago and Benjamin Mullings, Lightvox Studio brings a rare combination of creativity and technical rigor to its partnership with Pipeline Worldwide. The studio's diverse team, spanning architecture, interior design, visual communication, and technical specialization, designed the Lonyi Village Masterplan and its Phase II expansion, shaping the physical foundation of Pipeline's flagship campus in Moyo District.
True to its design philosophy, Lightvox approached Lonyi Village with sustainability at the center, leveraging local materials, the region's climate, and low-maintenance building strategies to create a campus that will serve the community for generations. Lightvox's contribution reflects a simple truth: that thoughtful design can be its own form of humanitarian impact, one that shapes how thousands of people will experience Lonyi Village long after the ribbon-cutting.
