Standing in the lobby of Moyo General Hospital, this construction executive was moved to tears, saying "I build hospitals" while grappling with the stark reality of healthcare infrastructure needs. 

His professional expertise in healthcare construction provides Pipeline with invaluable technical knowledge for facility planning and development. Jason understands the complexities of medical facility design, regulatory requirements, and construction challenges that enable him to guide Pipeline's infrastructure projects with professional insight that saves time, money, and ensures optimal functionality.

He personally approached multiple subcontractors, inviting them to learn about Pipeline's mission and consider participation in the Simulation Container Lab project. His authentic advocacy, backed by personal experience in Uganda, convinced companies that had no initial intention of participating to make substantial contributions to the project.
