April 2023: Continuing into the pre-construction phase, Lonyi Village recently underwent a land survey and hydrology study to determine the optimal location for a well. This entailed a high-level engineering study of earthwork, water, septic, electrical, solar, and internet service. Pipeline is happy to report that the hydrology survey to determine the depth of the aquifer has been completed and we now have access to water! We are also happy to announce that there will be an official Lonyi Village ground-breaking ceremony in place for Saturday, June 9th. Official signage listing construction phases and a new Lonyi Village official logo will be placed on the land site. Several hundred guests are expected to attend, and our Pipeline team will be there to celebrate this momentous occasion!
